Yoga

Vinyasa flow yoga is a free flowing style of yoga with fluid transitions between postures. Amy’s classes start with some relaxation and grounding postures to start to release and open the body, developing to more dynamic flow sequences. They end with some yin poses which are held for longer to work into the deep tissues of the body and further relax the mind.

Female Self-Defence

We will be running progressive 5 week beginner self-defence courses as we firmly believe in the importance of female empowerment. We would like to provide every women with the opportunity to learn self-defence therefore, the classes will be inclusive in our Basic Membership plan. Non-members will also be able to sign up using our Class Pass entry bundles. Our self-defence workshops will run throughout the year as spaces on each course will be limited.

Baby Massage

If you are a new parent with a newborn to pre-crawling baby, you can now book in to our baby massage classes. Our bundle of calm classes consist of a calm, friendly environment for both parent and baby to mingle with other parents and babies.
