Vinyasa flow yoga is a free flowing style of yoga with fluid transitions between postures. Amy’s classes start with some relaxation and grounding postures to start to release and open the body, developing to more dynamic flow sequences. They end with some yin poses which are held for longer to work into the deep tissues of the body and further relax the mind.

Our instructor Lorraine will have you completing a full-body workout & burning up to 700 calories in just 45 minutes.
Boogie Bounce is available for all that wish to participate using our class pass entries or INCLUSIVE in our standard membership.
