Vinyasa flow yoga is a free flowing style of yoga with fluid transitions between postures. Amy’s classes start with some relaxation and grounding postures to start to release and open the body, developing to more dynamic flow sequences. They end with some yin poses which are held for longer to work into the deep tissues of the body and further relax the mind.

A truly worthwhile experience
Just finished a 12 week programme with Els. This has been undoubtedly a truly worthwhile experience, changing my attitude to my lifestyle choices, totally exceeding my expectations and more than reaching my goals. Importantly Els pushed me to challenge myself and see what I could achieve. I am energised, so much leaner and very happy! Soon to set a new goal and go back for more
