Booty Blast is a 30 minute intense group training workout with the purpose of building and strengthening the lower body muscles, primarily the glutes!
Training the gluteus muscles not only gives a great appearance from the rear but is also extremely beneficial for stabilising the hip, and preventing injury in the lower body joints and back.
As much as we welcome all fitness ability levels, this class is not for the faint hearted. We GUARANTEE your butt will be on fire after this class!
We strongly encourage the use of weights in this class although recommend all fitness newbies to inform instructors if they have never previously exercises/have minimal experience.
The 5 week course will combine ballet technique with strengthening and stretching exercises for a fun and effective workout. It will begin with a short warm up, followed by ballet technique and exercises to improve muscular strength, flexibility, coordination, posture and stamina.
Classes will be tailored to each member and the atmosphere will be inclusive, supportive and fun.
Introductory class starting 12th September ’18 first class at £5 entry.
