Boogie Bounce Xtreme

Boogie Bounce Xtreme is a Full body workout conducted on a mini trampoline providing High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) techniques to maximise the most effective fat burning process in the cardio section, whilst using the pliable surface of the mat to perform a range of core stability exercises, thus engaging more of the deep core muscles.

Class are for both male and female and for all abilities.  Each class follows the following structure: 25 minutes of cardio section including a warm-up and cool down, followed by 15 minutes of Muscle Strength and Endurance.
