HIIT Skipping is a new, innovative class found in very few studios across London, combining High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & jumping rope in just 30 minutes. What’s great about HIIT Skipping is that you do not need to be a super-fast expert skipper to participate. You can skip to your own pace without worrying you will be lagging behind the rest of the class!
