Vinyasa flow yoga is a free flowing style of yoga with fluid transitions between postures. Amy’s classes start with some relaxation and grounding postures to start to release and open the body, developing to more dynamic flow sequences. They end with some yin poses which are held for longer to work into the deep tissues of the body and further relax the mind.
CLASS INSTRUCTOR: Amy qualified as a 200 hour registered yoga teacher under the teaching of Rahoul Masrani. Her classes are a balance of dynamic flow sequences and relaxation. Amy believes that yoga should be accessible to all and her classes focus on guiding students on good alignment and providing an understanding of the postures so students can develop their own practice and experience all the benefits of yoga.
