Hi, I’m Ana and I love working with my yoga students, figuring out what yoga can do for them, and helping them on their journey.
I’m particularly passionate about helping people achieve a healthy body that will help support them throughout their daily activities. Yoga does exactly that, providing the body with functional mobility as well as relaxing the mind. Whether you’d like to build up strength, get toned, increase flexibility or improve mobility to supplement sports or weight training activities, through one-to-one classes we can work together to create the perfect yoga sessions that are tailor-made for you. One-to-one classes are also great if you’ve ever wanted help with correcting your alignment, working towards certain postures or gaining confidence to attend group classes.
My personal yoga journey started almost ten years ago, when I used it as a way to supplement my sports and fitness. I’m not naturally flexible but yoga was an enjoyable way to stretch after training and over the years I’ve built up a steady practice. Yoga has now become equally important for my mental health as it has for my physical health, helping me calm down from busy London life and alleviate symptoms of anxiety and depression. Yoga has brought me so many joys over the years and I love having the opportunity to share that with others.
In 2017 I qualified as a yoga teacher with Yoga London and I hold a 200hour Yoga Alliance certificate. Outside of yoga, I also have a background in biology and hold a Masters in Science Communication.
